Heritage Pathways Program
Early Identification & Development Program- From Classroom to Career
The Heritage Pathways Program is a multi-year development program designed to identify and support high-potential accounting students from their early college years through full-time employment at Heritage.
Students move through two stages of development, gaining mentorship, training, and real-world exposure to the accounting profession. Students can continue their internship opportunities throughout their Junior and Senior years and potentially receive an offer for full-time employment after graduation.
Pathways Discovery Level
An introduction to the accounting profession for students who are in the early stages of their academic journey. The Discovery Level helps students learn about public accounting, build professional confidence, and gain exposure to the firm environment through shadowing, mentorship, training, and networking opportunities.
Pathways Associate Level
A hands-on learning experience for students ready to begin applying classroom knowledge in a professional setting. The Associate Level gives students the opportunity to support real firm work, develop technical and professional skills, and build a strong foundation for future internship and career opportunities at Heritage. Students who successfully complete the Associate Level may continue their internship during their junior and senior years, gaining more advanced experience and responsibility. For strong performers, this pathway can lead to a full-time career opportunity with Heritage CPAs after graduation.
